We’re bringing technology to a $150B market that hasn’t seen innovation since the 90’s. Companies stay private for 12 years on average. Employees, founders, and early investors increasingly require liquidity before a public event but doing so is an expensive and painful process.

Augment centralizes this market by bringing together buyers, sellers, and brokers to pleasantly facilitate transactions online.
